The Dashing Kennel Blog is my journal describing our stories, adventures about the things we see and do. The Dashing Kennel is home to 22 sled dogs, 8 Samoyeds, 8 Siberian huskies and 6 Alaskan Huskies. We live on 20 acres of timber and pasture in scenic Northern Idaho. From the nearby mountains and valleys we have access to hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails to train our dogs in winter, as well as dirt trails for the early season. Welcome to our story and our kennel!
